Shipping Policy

At COCO SUMM, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Times

We deliver across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Bank Holidays, summer sales).


3. Shipping Costs

Free standard UK delivery is offered on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

You can track your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page.

If you have not received your tracking email within 48 working hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer care team at support@coco-summ.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please note that customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

COCO SUMM has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. COCO SUMM cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coco-summ.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • A brief description of the issue

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours and local Royal Mail depot. If the parcel cannot be located, contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.


8. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or strikes
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Public holidays or peak sale periods

In the rare event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email and do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
