These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products by COCO SUMM ("we", "us", "our") to consumers ("you", "your", "Customer") through the website coco-summ.com (the "Site").

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all sales made through coco-summ.com to customers acting as consumers (i.e. for personal, non-commercial use).

Sales to businesses (B2B) are not covered by these Terms and require a separate written agreement.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or breach of these Terms.

3. Products

The products offered for sale on the Site are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and visual representations are provided for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting or photographic rendering.

Products are offered while stocks last. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.

4. Prices

All prices on the Site are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£), inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable), and exclusive of delivery costs.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the chosen delivery method.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g. a £29.99 product mistakenly displayed at £2.99), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, in accordance with English contract law.

5. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

  1. Select your product(s) and add them to your basket
  2. Review your basket and proceed to checkout
  3. Provide your delivery and billing information
  4. Choose a delivery method
  5. Select a payment method and confirm your payment
  6. Confirm your order

A confirmation email summarising your order will be sent to the email address you provided. This email constitutes the formal acceptance of your order by COCO SUMM and forms a binding contract between you and us.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@coco-summ.com.

6. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (pay later, available at checkout for eligible customers)

All payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted payment gateways. COCO SUMM does not store your full payment details on its servers.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised. In the event of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

In summary:

  • Standard UK delivery: Free, 5–7 working days via Royal Mail Tracked
  • Express UK delivery: £6.99, 2–3 working days
  • EU delivery: £9.99, 7–12 working days
  • International delivery: £14.99, 10–18 working days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement (email at support@coco-summ.com) before the 14-day period expires.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs for choosing a delivery method other than the standard one offered).

Reimbursement will be made:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return)
  • Using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Free of charge for you

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel. The cost of returning the goods is borne by COCO SUMM (free returns).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

9. Returns and Refunds

In addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel, COCO SUMM offers a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn products in their original packaging.

10. Faulty or Damaged Goods (Statutory Rights)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods sold by COCO SUMM must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of delivery (short-term right to reject)
  • A repair or replacement between 30 days and 6 months
  • A partial refund or replacement after 6 months, where applicable

To make a claim, contact us at support@coco-summ.com within a reasonable time, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the fault or damage

Return shipping for faulty or damaged goods is at our expense.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, designs, videos, source code) is the exclusive property of COCO SUMM or used under licence, and is protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Trade Marks Act 1994.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or distribution of the Site's content, in whole or in part, by any means, without the prior written consent of COCO SUMM, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, COCO SUMM's total liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the purchase of products through the Site shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

COCO SUMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015)

13. Force Majeure

COCO SUMM shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, internet outages, carrier failures, war, terrorism or any other event of force majeure.

14. Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

By placing an order on the Site, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of order fulfilment, customer service, and (with your separate consent) marketing communications.

15. Modifications to the Terms

COCO SUMM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date your order is placed. Any modification will be published on the Site and will not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers may also bring proceedings in their country of residence in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws.
